I want to use my Wonton. What do I do?
The day after the purchase goes through, you'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your Wonton voucher. Simply print the Wonton or open it with email on your smart phone, and follow the instructions on it. Those instructions usually involve going to the merchant and redeeming your wickedly cool Wonton experience.

Does my transaction go through as soon as I press the purchase button?
Naw, we wait until enough people have purchased the deal to activate it, and then we will bill you for your awesome Wonton.

If the Wonton doesn't reach its required minimum number of purchasers, what do I do?
If not enough people sign up, then we cancel the deal and you will not be charged. This only happens when not enough people know about the deal, so make it your priority to spread the word about your favorite deals!

Do I need to use my Wonton as soon as I buy it?
Nope. Actually, most Wontons start the day after your purchase. Because we want our merchants to be in the best condition to receive your glorious presence, we like to give them a bit of time to prepare. The Wonton has a specific time frame for its activation and use stated in the fine print.

If I don't use the full value of the Wonton when I visit the merchant, can I get credits, or use the remainder of the Wonton later?
If you feel that you may not use everything in the package, think about bringing a friend to get your full value's worth. Share the love; we're sure you'll get some in return. Some Wontons, fitness classes for instance, can be used over several visits. We will always state these details in the fine print of the deal.

How do I gift a Wonton?
